All orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.

 What's your return policy?

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to return your purchase.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with original tags attached

We Offer Two Options for Returns

  • FREE returns for store credit. Ship it back at no cost to you.
  • Money back on original payment method. You’ll receive a full refund minus the return shipping costs of $6.

Return Instructions: 

Reach out to us by emailing lisa.langel@scoutandpoppy.com. We will process your return and email you a return shipping label. Once you have your return label print it out and drop the package off with the shipping carrier referenced on your return label, either being USPS or UPS. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.

What happens if I have an issue with my order?

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product, color or size you need just let us know and we’ll get you an exchange.
