      If something from your order just didn’t work out, no problem! We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. We know finding the right fit can sometimes be tough, so we offer easy returns to make it easy for you to explore our shop with confidence.  

      How do I return?

      • Visit our returns center
      • Enter your order number and email address to start
      • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
      • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

      What items are returnable? 

      • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
      • In unused and resellable condition
      • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

      WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY? 

      We accept returns in new condition in the original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of the delivery. The cost of the return shipping is $6.00

      Once we get your items back your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days, usually much faster, and you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for refund or store credit. (See list below) Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage, or are Final Sale items. 

      What items are non-refundable? 

       The following items cannot be returned:

      • Shipping Cost
      • Gift cards
      • Final sale discounted items 
      • FINAL SALE, FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 
      • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Makeup, Handbags + Belts.
      • Fashion Face Coverings are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns Or Exchanges

      The item I received is damaged!

      If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

      Can the items be exchanged?

      We allow the exchange of purchased items for different sizes. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

      What are the refund options?

      The following refund options are supported:

      • Refund to the original payment method minus the return shipping cost of $6
      • Refund to store credit, ship back at no cost to you.

      We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses

      How soon will I get my refund?

      Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
