If something from your order just didn’t work out, no problem! We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. We know finding the right fit can sometimes be tough, so we offer easy returns to make it easy for you to explore our shop with confidence.  

How do I return?

  • Select your order 
  • Select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

    Scout and Poppy 10-Day Return Policy

    At Scout and Poppy, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

      1. Eligible items for return must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached. Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear or damage.

      2. To initiate a return, please submit request within 10 days of receiving your order by visiting our returns center

    1. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to proceed.

    2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

    3. Sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

    4. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.

    5. Exchanges for different sizes or colors can be made within the 10-day return period. Please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange, and follow the same return process as outlined above. Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

    What items are non-refundable? 

     The following items cannot be returned:

    • Shipping Cost
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale discounted items 
    • FINAL SALE, FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 
    • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Makeup, Handbags + Belts.
    • Fashion Face Coverings are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns Or Exchanges

    The item I received is damaged!

    If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

    Can the items be exchanged?

    We allow the exchange of purchased items for different sizes if the size or inventory is in stock. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

    • FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. 
    • All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Makeup, Handbags + Belts.
    • Fashion Face Coverings are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns Or Exchanges

    What are the refund options?

    The following refund options are supported:

    • Refund to the original payment method minus the return shipping cost
    • Refund to eGift card ship back at no cost to you.
    • If you are refunded using an eGift card, you will receive an email containing a gift card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), once your return has been processed. Gift card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.

      How do I ship back the items?

      For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

      We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses

      How soon will I get my refund?
