If something from your order just didn’t work out, no problem! We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. We know finding the right fit can sometimes be tough, so we offer easy returns to make it easy for you to explore our shop with confidence.
We accept returns in new condition in the original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of the delivery.

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
The following items cannot be returned:
Shipping Cost, Gift cards, Final sale discounted items, All Hair Accessories, Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses.
Once we get your items back your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days, usually much faster, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
We inspect and pack each item before sending it to you. If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
We allow the exchange of purchased items for different sizes if the size or inventory is in stock. Once the exchange request is approved, ship your original item and the replaced item will be shipped to you.
Refund to the original payment method minus the return shipping cost
Refund to eGift card ship back at no cost to you.
If you are refunded using an eGift card, you will receive an email containing a gift card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), once your return has been processed. Gift card funds are available immediately once your return is processed.

We do not cover return shipping for International purchases or Puerto Rico Addresses. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
